Malacca Stamp Museum

Stamps are a valuable asset from the arts, financial and historical aspects. Stamp collectors spend lots of money, energy and time to ensure that that they obtain stamps which are hard to come by as they are no longer in production.

Historically, stamps were created to ease the payment for the postage of letters and parcels. As a result of this, there are stamps of various colours and shapes. Stamps are a cheap and good item to record events, nature and important people of a country. It is thus the reason for stamps to be more valuable, the older the stamp is.
